2025 Staff Evaluation
The purpose of this evaluation is to help us keep improving Cross Connection in a number of different aspects. Please take time to discuss each of the following topics adequately. Answer as honestly and completely as possible. Only the administration and/or Board of Directors will directly read these evaluations.
These evaluations can be a great help for 2026 staff selection and can help people know how to improve in future ventures. Here are some guidelines:
· Be sure to be honest, and take the entire summer into account, not just this week.
· Please avoid the temptation to “vent” about someone. Such ranting is not useful for our purposes. If you want your thoughts to be respected and listened to, make an effort to point out redeeming qualities AND offer to suggest how they can realistically improve. Think about how much or how little you voiced these exact, explicit concerns to the individuals involved.
· Please note: You MUST be able to say you have spoken to your peers directly about things they can improve, ongoing into next year. Talking behind someone’s back is immature, unfair, and gives the other person little room for improvement if you never address this situation face-to-face.
· Please note: These evaluations are an INDIVIDUAL event. You should not sit around as a staff and discuss what you’re writing about each other – good or bad.
