Hello my name is Mariah Hernandez I am 17 years old. I am a junior at West Charlotte High School, and I'm also in the JROTC program that West Charlotte has I like to help people in need, that's why I decided to volunteer at Parkview Center. At Parkview, I help make and pass out food to families, and we also help kids after school with their homework. The reason I wanted to go to this camp was that the fact that we are also helping people as well, for example we are helping build ramps for people in wheelchairs and fixing elderly porches I like that I am still going to be helping those who need help.
